After first contacting 4InkJets by email they replied and told me to call customer service. I call customer service and they refuse to refund me or resend my order. The customer service rep yelled at me and put me on hold mid sentence...and assured me that they did not care about their service or returning customers. He told me too bad, to have the post office run an investigation. For an ink cartridge this is just too much hassle, this is a horrible company, never buy from them. They took my money yet I never received the product and was treated badly. | | |

The only points come from not accurately showing inventory backorders/availability when you order. You don't find out until after your order is late. | | |
