  | | I ordered from Brecks, planning on filling up 4 new flower beds. I never received any product. When I contacted them, I was told that the order was shipping out (even tho my status showed that it hadn't), and that I couldn't cancel. I waited 2 more weeks, and still didn't get the order. I called again, and asked to cancel again. This time, I was told that canceling wasn't a problem. I asked if the order had been shipped out and was told that it wasn't. I asked to speak to a supervisor since I had been lied to earlier and told that the order was shipped and I couldn't cancel. When I finally talked to a supervisor, I was told that I would receive a $30 gift certificate for my troubles. I didn't receive it. After more phone calls, and emails, I finally received a card in the mail that said that I would receive $30 off a future order, but it had to be out of a catlog. Guess who hasn't received another catalog??
