  | | I purchased a lap top that came with \"free\" printer & \"free\" tax software. They were \"free\" after mail in rebate. I completed all forms and sent via USPS and tracked the envelope. USPS showed when it was received BUT Circuit City said they never got it. I emailed them and after NUMEROUS emails back and forth, they told me they would pay the rebates. They never were and now they refuse to respond to my emails. Also, the \"free\" Lexmark printer used an ink cartridge that is ONLY sold at Circuit City. The nearest store is over 50 miles from me. I tossed the printer and bought an HP from Office Max. Very happy with it! But I will NEVER set foot in another Circuit City EVER! | | |
