  | | I know that Coldwater Creek is known for exceptional customer service, but I can tell you they don't care as much for their employees. At least they didn't for me! I worked there for a while and it was a horrible experience! The manager was moody and prone to yelling, leaving most of the staff terrified of her. What's worse-she hired her best friends to be her assistants and there was a lot of favoritism. No amount of complaining ever helped. I realize that this was probably just my store, but I have lost respect for the company as a whole. | | |

| | I love love love the clothes, but i also can't afford full price. SO i watch the online sales and outlet and combine the 40-60% off with an offer code of 40-60% off that I found on line. This way the item is a reasonable price ($10-$40). However, they will pull the items from the outlet, even from my shopping bag and renamed the item and "call it" a new item and sell it for $89-$119. for example in the winter a white shirt with a lace color might be item # H45126 and in the spring it will change to G45126, but it's the same item....
Also, they hire the slowest sales associates in all the world.

| | Coldwater Creek has very nice clothes, not that I could afford them when they are not on sale. I was thrilled at the 9.99 sale, and found several items. I had them in my bag waiting for checkout. When I came back the next day, The prices had all been raised, to 15.99, 16.99, and up making the order way more than I could afford. I cut it way back and attmepted to use a discount code that was to expire that day, and it wasnt accepted. Another blow. I CANCELLED THE ORDER. | | |
