The cookies prevented me from being hungry, so I didn't eat as much and I lost weight. I have a cocktail before dinner and even enjoy a piece of chocolate for dessert! | | I found that this is an easy diet to follow. It took me about a week to get used to but after that it was easy. I have lost 25lbs in 3 months. I occassionaly substitute a 300 calorie salad or sandwich at lunch instead of the cookies. I defintely have the cookies for breakfast and the two snacks. I have about 7 more lbs to loose which I hope will be by the end of the year. A few friends of mine went on it and are also having good success. | | |
