  | | I ordered a tankless water heater from homeclick and my credit card was charged on the same day. After many, many calls to find out when it will ship (every call they always told me today or tomorrow) 18 days after I placed the order I was told it arrived in their warehouse this morning but it was "damaged" and they have to reorder it from their vendor and they don't know when it will ship. In the meantime, my credit card bill is due next week! I have since received an email from them informing me that I would receive an email from homeclick in 2-3 bussiness days letting me know if I am eligable for a refund and if I have to pay a restocking fee. What a crock. I called American Express and had them remove the charge. This is the WORST customer service ever! Don't buy anything from here!!! | | |
