 | Poor business practice and complete lack of customer service. Package came missing an item. Customer representative did not believe me at all. After convincing him, he says he will send item by ground shipping. I told him that was unacceptable so he promises 2nd day shipping. Three days later and no item so I call back and they say it "will" be sent by ground shipping. Further inquiries later reveal that the item has been discontinued. At no time was I notified that item had been discontinued. At no time did I receive a refund. The company simply omitted the item from package without explanation, insulted me on the phone and then blatantly lied about sending it via expedited shipping. I still have yet to receive any kind of confirmation email regarding the item or my refund. Buyer please beware!
