| Two much time is wasted when you are selling clothing on what is coming up next and things that do not relate to style. Lot more clothes could be sold if for not all that advertising on wht is going to be. Also on style shows like pm and am style, lets have more tops that can be worn to work.Also do not tell someone a blouse is going to cost them $20.00, when in fact there is 4.95 postate and tax etc. Sometimes I can afford a $20 or $25.00 item, but cannot afford all that postage the price of the item is all that put together. |

| I shop for many items on QVC. But what I like most when shopping for clothes is seeing the clothes on large and small models. I love the service oriented order takers. I love doing all of this while laying on my backside. I love having it delivered to my front door. Even the UPS man is nice.I like clothes that have not been tried on by others. In short today it is so novel to find a service oriented company. I thank you.

| i think you should charge full shipping for first item each person buys each hour than half shipping for rest of that hour. i think that would be more resonable and get you more customers. |

| I have been with QVC over 10 yrs now. I love the merchandise and all things you offer. Your return plan is great if you need it. Would like to be able to choose payment plans on items not offered by you and more payment plans. |

| My biggest complaint is there are never any discount coupons, while SNBC and JTV and HSN generally do. Also, when ordering on website, only list,usually, garment measurements for Med. and 1X, neither of which I wear. Makes it hard to get the right size, and too often have to mail back for exchange or return, and that gets expensive, postagewise. Some of their stuff is a bit boring, but generally good prices. Wish they had more payments options on more products, or that you could choose what you wanted payment plan on. But have shopped with them since they came onair here, and probably will continue, forever... |
