| I have purchased from Shoes.com on several occasions. They are owned by Brown Shoe Company, which also owns Famous Footwear. I love the free shipping and return policy, which I have had to use. Did not have any problem with my return, which was promptly credited back to my account. I very often can find a good deal at this website and I always check for coupon codes before purchasing. |

| I have purchased many times from shoes.com with good results, however today is not one of those times. I put several items into my cart that were marked 50% off (Lelli Kelly shoes) and then left for a couple of hours. When I came back, the cart said that the prices had been updated. From $34 a pair to $42 a pair. This is their Saturday sale and the price went from 50% off down to 40% off in a matter of 2 hours. This is a rip off and a fraudulent way to do business and I will not be shopping with them again. |

sorry to see some poor reviews out here -- been buying from shoes.com for about 3 years -- have bought athletic, casual and dress shoes as well as winter boots and have NEVER had a problem ordering or returning any items -- likely have ordered over 30 items -- website always responsive and emails to customer service answered quickly and completely. we are happy with this online store. |

| I bought a pair of shoes that haven't shipped yet and I need to upgrade shipping to 2nd day to ensure receipt by a certain date. As I'm typing this I've been on hold for 43 minutes on one phone and 14 on the cell phone. Awful!! I will never purchase from this company again! Update - At 43 minutes and 28 seconds the call went to a busy signal. This is NOT worth the lower price as the cost outweighs the savings. |
