  | TracFone is a complete RIP OFF. You burn minutes speaking w/Customer Service. Customer Reps don't listen.
TracFone will not reimburse you for sending out bad equipment or if you find the service dissatisfactory within 7-14 days.

| | I have had my tracfone for about 2 years now. I can't afford a monthly cell phone plan and I don't use my tracfone to just chat. So far I have not had any problems. Some might say I have just been lucky, but if you knew me personally you would know I'm not a lucky person. Unfortunately, like a lot of other companies, their cust. serv. is foreign. You know, India. that is a drawback. | | |
