| can't do anything better. i ordered a pair of slippers sunday night, monday go to work and hubby calls me in the afternoon and asks me what boxes am i getting, did i order anything. i say no, he says you have a zappos box here. i get home and check my email and i had a confirmation email for my ordered. Can believe I got the slippers, before I opened the confirmation order. Great service. I've had to do returns too and never had any concerns. |
