| | eBay, like an outdoor market or an indoor trade show, is only as good as its vendors. That said, I've been buying and selling since 1998 or so, and my success/fail rate is <99.5%. Seriously. (I like spreadsheets... shrug)
For those new to eBay: One can browse without buying. One can comparison-shop (over the course of days or in the dead of night). One can also compare the going rate of an item you own. (I did that long before it was suggested on Antiques Roadshow!)
Before buying, check the shipping! - you may find that a higher price has an offer of a lower price to ship. | | |
