The basic gist is that we work hard to make sure we report every order you make through Cashbaq, fix it as quickly as possible when you send us information about missing orders, send you checks (or Paypal) when your balance hits $10 as long as you've told us where to send it and are speeding up payment to you as much as possible. We're not perfect but the good news is that we're human and we're here to help.

Where's my check?
If you've earned over $10 (for your first check, that's the $5 sign up bonus and at least $5 in cash back rewards) and they are now Payable in your account, then you'll get a paper check or Paypal payment if you've told us where to send it. If you haven't then enter your payment information and we'll send it to you the next time payments go out.
How do I earn cash back?
This is the easy part. The beauty of Cashbaq is that you can earn cash just for shopping online, which is something you probably do anyway. Each time you make a purchase while logged in at Cashbaq, you are accumulating rewards that we keep track of. The more you shop the more you earn. Just make sure that you start shopping at Cashbaq and are logged in to your Cashbaq account. Once you click through to a store, you shop just like you always do.
How can Cashbaq offer cash back? What's the catch?
There is no catch. Cashbaq has established relationships with over 1,500 online stores and services that pay us commissions on sales that are made by shoppers through Cashbaq. We simply provide you the opportunity to keep a percentage of that commission each time you shop with one of our participating partners.
How do I ensure that I am getting paid for stuff that I buy?
As long as you are a registered member of Cashbaq and are logged into your account when you complete your purchase you will get paid. Registration is absolutely free (well, it's better than free... we will credit your account with $5 when you register) and there is no obligation to shop once you are registered. Just make sure you arrive at the online store you made your purchase through one of our links. Follow this link if you would like to become a registered member.
How is the cash back discount calculated?
For each store or service there is either a percent or dollar amount. For stores with a percent discount, we calculate your cash back from the qualifying items in your order (there is a restriction listed if certain items or categories are excluded by the store) by multiplying the net amount of your order by the percentage. The net amount is the subtotal of your order or the amount you pay for products, meaning that items like tax, shipping and coupons are not eligible for cash back discounts.
Do I need to register to get paid or can I still shop at Cashbaq without registering?
You can still shop without being a registered user but why would you? You don't earn Cashbaq rewards that way. Without your registration information we can't keep track of how much you've earned and won't know where to send you your checks.
Will I receive junk-mail or spam if I register with CB?
Not a chance. We hate getting spam just as much as you do. The information that you are providing when you sign up is private and confidential and is used strictly for the purposes of keeping track of and crediting you for your purchases. Under no circumstances will we sell your information to third party agencies for marketing purposes. We feel so strongly about this that we had our Privacy Policy certified by TRUSTe.
When do I get paid?
Cashbaq users are paid when their accounts accrue a minimum of $10 in refunds. If your account does not meet the minimum $10 threshold we will carry over your balance into the next period. Checks and Paypal payments are sent around the 20th of every month.
Why do my Cashbaq rewards not show up when I am checking out of a store?
We are a third-party shopping service that specializes in getting you great deals for stores you love to shop at. Our system is not tied to the checkout process of any of our partner stores and therefore your cash back rebate will not show up when you are checking out. To see how much in Cashbaq rebates you have accumulated you must log in to your Cashbaq account.
How long does it take for my Cashbaq rewards to show up in my account after making a purchase? Although most stores report back to us within a few days of purchase it is not uncommon for reporting to be delayed as long as 45 days from the date the item was shipped. Your rewards will not appear in your account until we have received confirmation of your order from the store. If after 30 days you still are not being credited for your order, please send us a Support Request with all of your order information included and our customer service team will work to resolve the matter so you get your full cash back.
Why do my Cashbaq rewards show up as Pending? How long do I have to wait for these funds to be approved?
We want to pay you your Cashbaq rewards as soon as we can. Simply put, we can't pay you until our partner stores confirm that your order was placed and not returned. Until your order is confirmed as final, it will show up as "Pending." It can take up to 120 days after the end of the month you place your order for stores to process returns and cancellations. During this period your transaction will show up as Pending. Right now we change transactions from Pending to Payable 3 months after the end of the month in which you place your order. We think that is too long so we have started to do so 45 days after the month end for stores we can negotiate better terms with. We are working to provide this information for each store on the site so you know how long it will take for each store.
Will I still get paid if I return or cancel my order?
In most cases any changes to your original order will result in your cash back refund being voided. When a return/exchange is processed the store usually cancels the old order completely and creates a new order to record the transaction. When this occurs, the commission associated with the old order gets reversed, which means we have no way of crediting you for that sale. Since the store does not associate this new order with Cashbaq in any way we won't be paid a commission on it and therefore have no earnings to pass back on to you.
If you would like to exchange merchandise that you have purchased through our site and want to make sure that your cash back earnings are not nullified, send back your entire order and have the store refund your credit card. Once the store refunds your credit card log back into your Cashbaq account and re-place the order.
Canceling an order will result in the voiding of your Cashbaq rewards.
Can I use special offers and coupons and still earn cash back?
Sure you can... usually. Our staff is dedicated to bringing you exclusive coupons and incredible values you won't be able to find anywhere else on the Web so that you can get the most possible bang for your buck. Some stores may not allow you to use a coupon and receive a refund. These stores refuse to pay us our commission when you use a coupon. We do our best not to post coupons for these stores and to put a notice about their policies... when they tell us. Just know that if you bring your own coupon, you won't get your Cashbaq refund at some stores.
Do gift certificates qualify for Cashbaq rewards?
Sometimes. Gift certificates may or may not qualify for Cashbaq rewards. When stores are willing to pay for gift certificate purchases, we pass the rebates on to you. In some cases, we can only give rewards for the portion of the sale that was not made with a gift card or certificate (e.g. if you are making a $100 purchase at Circuit City and are using a $20 gift card we can only reward you cash back on the $80 portion of the sale that was not covered by the gift card).
If I forget my password, why can't you tell me what it is?
We take your online security seriously. We know that people often use the same password on multiple sites so we really don't want to know what it is. To that end, we chose to encrypt your password in a way that no one at Cashbaq can see what it is. In fact, even our computers can't tell us what it is which means they can't tell you either. So if you lose your password, we'll send you a new one and then you can change it back to the one you forgot. If you do not get the e-mail from us when you use the Forgot Password page, go to the Customer Service Center and ask us to send you a new one. Again, we will generate a new password and ask that you change it when you login.
