I'm sorry you had a bad experience however I would like to try to reassure you that Newegg is a great company to buy from. It must have been a glitch or something for you. I have bought from this company since 1998 or so and have never had one problem.
They stand behind there products, are very fast in getting things out, I never had a problem with returns if I ordered the wrong one. My nephew, my niece's husband and friends from our gaming guild uses this company also, besides Frozen PC and Direct Tiger.
As I said it just must have been a glitch if I were you I would give them a try again or you should have given them a phone call as they will bend over backwards to help you fix the problem.
No, I do not work for them we have our own Company (cutting concrete) but I repair computers on the side and build systems also.
