Vanished order?
I just ordered for myself, for Christmas, a nice jacket from this vendor. I ordered it over the internet. My order history showed that the order went through, but still I called immediately and talked with a CSR to confirm that it did go through. My order history showed the order for 24 hours, then the order VANISHED from the history. I called customer service, and they could find no evidence that I had placed the order. I spent over an hour talking with various CSRs, even the supervisor, and am sure that this is an order that is lost. I am not *re-ordering* the item. I am upset that this company has my credit card number, now. THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY ... AND I AM VERY DISSATISFIED. >>
