Terrible shopping experience
I ordered $230 of product with eVitamins on Jan 30, 2009 and they emailed me and request a copy of my credit card statement 5 days later due to a difefrent shipping address. how ever the documentation got LOST so i resend it again by fax. after they confirmed all they info they need. some of my order turned out to be unavailable. they were nice enough to send me an email and says they will ship whatever is available to me at no additional charge and the rest of the order will be at my door when they restock. i waited one full weeks and wondering why non of my order has arrived so I contact them again to check my order status, and found out non of my order has either processed nor shipped out. I feel i was treated as a fool and they has not been honest to their customers. they work/process orders at a terrible speed and dont take responsibilities for their mistakes. it is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had and I suggest whoever intent to shop at eVitamins be cautious. >>
