Buyer beware
This is the worst company to order from online! They will immediately charge your credit card and then you will have to basically harass them to get your merchandise! They have the worst customer service! It took me over 2 months to get my stuff with me calling continuously and sending numerous emails; extremely frustrating! When I had to return some drapes they charged me $13 to ship back...keep in mind I paid to ship it back and they also charged me a $25 surcharge fee INCREDIBLE!!! Additionally, they were suppose to refund my card within 15 days of receiving the merchandise back...I sent numerous emails requesting my refund and never got a response, finally I had to call to have my credit applied. I would think twice before ordering from this company, I surely will not ever order from them again! >>
