Price increase
Long time customer but incensed with 40% increase in price from last year. Paid $25.00 shipping included last year. This year asking $35.00 shipping included. Customer Service was prompt only because they did not address the issue totally 'til I asked a second time or requested Corporate Info which rep said she did not have. I was so surprised at the response. >>
