Purchased two of these trainers on two separate occasions. Both arrived promptly, and in excellent condition. The trainer is relatively easy to assemble, is quite portable, and is a great addition to the home gym during winter/incliment of weather.

Have also purchased the Nashbar Reader Rack and Blackburn Trac Block. The block was virtually necessary for stabilization, and is preferred over the single riser. The reader is nice for those that prefer to read vs. watch tv during a workout.
